Refund policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund on goods that are returned in brand new condition with original box and receipt. 

We can do this in-store, or if you need to return the shoes via post, please send back to the store (address is on your receipt). Buyer pays for return postage. Once we have received the goods and they are accepted for return, we will contact you to arrange a refund.
